Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records to monitor the return status.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
